REFUNDS ON RESOURCES

There is a no refund policy on downloaded resources. If you have difficulty opening the file or there is an issue with the product, please email me. I will try resending the file by email. 

REFUNDS ON BOOKINGS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. You may phone or text 0421 086 249 to make a cancellation.

100% Refund can be given if 48 hours notice is given. However, first option will be to try and reschedule an alternative date.

If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% refund can be given if a date cannot be rescheduled.

REFUNDS ON BOOKINGS OF TUTORING

You are required to give a minimum two hours notice prior to the start of a session. You may phone or text 0421 086 249 to make a cancellation. A make up time will be arranged at no extra cost. If you cancel or change more than two sessions per term, a refund will not be given and a new time will not be allocated, unless by agreement and special circumstances. 

If the teacher needs to cancel, a make up lesson will be arranged as soon as possible. If a make up time can not be made during the term, a reduced fee will be offered for the following term to make up the same amount paid, otherwise a refund will be given if a make up time cannot be arranged.
